Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training and overseeing team of sales people. Face to face sales experience, public speaking, team development, and consumer psychology.

Responsible for moving furniture, packing, loading and unloading. Days would vary between 6-14 hours depending on job size. Expected to be prepared to put in extra time. Physically demanding, required customer interaction, and teamwork. Eventually responsible for training and development of new employees as process was learned.
