I am a litigator involved in the energy and oil and gas sectors focusing primarily on general contractual issues, tort casualty, regulatory matters, business disputes, and employment issues. I have prior extensive experience in insurance defense, workers' compensation, general tort casualty, construction defect, and other related areas. My experience includes bench and jury trials, hearings, extensive motions practice, and depositions.I am currently licensed in Colorado, the United States District Court of Colorado, and New Mexico.I am a native Coloradoan and enjoy everything my home state has to offer. I am a skier, mountain-biker, fly-fisherman, and soccer player in my time off. Otherwise, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my golden retriever, Waffle.
