PSD Team Leader- A Protective Security Detachment providing security for the 1/25th SBCTBrigade Commander, Deputy Brigade Commander, Primary Brigade Battle Staff, and twoProvincial reconstruction teams from the U.S. State Department. Conducted Mounted andDismounted operations including evasive driving techniques, static security, mobile security,inner/outer cordon TTPs, Aerial missions and Principal Protection. Conducted over 280 PersonalSecurity Detachment Missions. Led and trained a four man Protective Security Detachmentresponsible for close quarter protection in a high risk environment (Iraq). Secondary Medicproviding emergency medical treatment, limited primary care in a tactical or mass casualtysituation and assisted with evacuations.
