In this role I work with international distribution partners, independent bike dealers, and Wahoo Sales Reps to help drive revenue by providing order operations, distribution, billing, and after-sales support. This role requires a strong understanding of our 3PLs, staying up to date with the company's inventory and forecasting, and an evolving knowledge of our product's ecosystem. In this role I have exposure to business development, financial responsibilities, and customer consumption. I also support our partnership with Zwift, providing product for their influencer marketing needs as well as work alongside launching our newest product, the KICKR RUN.

In this role, I managed day to day operations of our 2 quickest communication platforms customers can get in touch with Wahoo, Chat and Phone. I run weekly reports that are provided to our leadership team to share the health of both platforms, as well as coordinator all US agents scheduling and operating hours. Within this role, I train on-boarding agents and monitor channels for inquiries and escalations, aiming for prompt responses and swift resolutions. In this role, it is essential to have the skill of de-escalating situations while having high levels of competence on our products and processes. This role allows me to work cross functionally with other departments to ensure we are aligned on the communication between the team and customers.

I am currently working with customers to deliver world-class technical support to Wahoo Fitness customers all over the world. My technical responsibilities consist of resolving issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. My service responsibilities consist of interacting with customers via email, chat, or phone to quickly and efficiently resolve customer service issues with my excellent communication skills.

In 2020, I launched Devon Dabney Coaching where I began my career of coaching endurance individuals. Over the last 4 years, I have grown a 40+ roster of clients that have qualified for Ironman World Championships, 70.3 World Championships, Boston Marathon qualifiers, and Ironman finishers. In 2023, I joined forces with Robert Swan to create DR Performance. DR Performance is endurance community working with athletes to achieve their highest potential, in and outside of training. We offer a 3 tier services within our team. Our 3 Tiers include all access coaching, training plans, and a social membership. DR's community encourages global networking, combines like-minded individuals who strive for success, and supports inclusion. Within our 9 months of business, we have grown into a 70 person roster of current athletes.

Worked on the highest revenue driven team at Spanx, the National Accounts. Consistently was managing all selling reports, working with accounts & customers, creating end of month reports, supporting other team members, and cross functionally working with other teams to ensure the efficient flow of product from warehouse to customer.

Worked for AMBSE, with the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Was apart of the Grand Opening of the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Worked along side the partners of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United.

Division I Student Athlete for 4 years at Louisiana State University. Participated in NCAA and broke the 500 school freestyle record, one of the oldest records held at LSU.

Worked as an Events Intern. Participated in helping put together the world's largest 10k race, the Atlanta Peachtree Road Race. Constantly had hands on experience whether it was at the finish line, emailing participants, distributing bibs, overseeing merchandise, or working with Atlanta Track Club sponsors. Learned irreplaceable leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the techniques of working with event coordinators.
