As a Washington local, born & raised on the Kitsap peninsula, I've had many years of experiencing the ebb & flow of what locals & tourists expect out of restaurants & bakeries in our area. The most growth came when I joined Tom Douglas restaurants. I am proud to be apart of its team for over 10 years now. In that time, I've not only sharpened my skills as a bread baker but have also honed my skills towards supervision & management & have now moved into their pastry department to get back to my first love of making delightful sweets! It's simply been a pleasure to be apart of!
