I worked my way from the very bottom, growing to many different positions, small business ownership, operations manager at a large flooring retailer and now to Owner of Castle Tile, Inc. in New Braunfels, TX. Throughout the years, I have made connections with many different companies, manufacturers and distributors.Today brings on challenges that many have never experienced before our time, and hopefully many in our future will never have to.The decisions we make today as leaders will determine the future of others who follow.
