•Experience with QS9000, ISO 14001 and TS 16949•Thoroughly experienced with the AIAG Production Part Approval Process•Responsible for initiating supplier PPAPs.•Responsible for creating and maintaining a functional database to track PPAP documentation.•Responsible for all documentation of the internal Engineering Change Request process.•Responsible for coordinating product layouts and paperwork to meet deadlines.•Experience with providing documentation and verifying filing systems for internal auditors.•Responsible for maintaining a filing system for all internally controlled blank forms and completed documents throughout the Quality Department.•Trained as a back-up Document Control Specialist.•Assisted Engineers with creating document packages for use by product Customers.•Responsible for scheduling preventative and emergency maintenance for all office equipment•Trained in coordinating travel itineraries•Responsible for purchase orders and package distribution
