Working with Medical Licensure Group as a License Renewal Specialist, I perform a variety of duties to assist medical professionals with US State medical licensure. I handle research and data entry, preparation of documents for applications, document management and tracking, group shipping for 30+licensing specialists, and offer professional and responsive guidance to clients via phone/email throughout the licensure renewal process, all while building a relationship with the client. We utilize a record management database (act!) that I use to schedule follow up correspondence with medical professionals and their management teams.

Worked collaboratively with a team to edit and prep all materials Solution Tree authors used to give presentations across the country (PowerPoints, handouts, agendas, etc.), communicated closely with the presenters every step of the way while tracking progress from the event invitation stage to the printing stage, and managed multiple projects at once while maintaining deadlines.

Wrote, curated, and edited hundreds of original stories for the Love What Matters website, generating 500K+ pageviews a month. Managed story submissions, optimized SEO in carefully crafted headlines, copyedited and published stories in WordPress, and edited photos with Canva as needed. Tracked analytics through Google to optimize social media post scheduling through tools like Later.

Worked closely with and mentored 5-6 writers each week, line edited their weekly articles via track changes, wrote articles every other week and collaborated with a peer editor for edits, wrote sponsored articles, used WordPress to upload final drafts, and used Hootsuite to plan social media posts.
