I was a server, server trainer and a supervisor. As a server, I had a great knowledge of both the food and drink menu. Proficient in cash handling. Helped to run food, drinks, and to seat guests. As a server trainer, I was responsible for training all employees (hosts, servers and bussers) on our culture and menu, as well as on the floor training with new servers. As a supervisor, I was responsible for comps, table touches, recoveries, checking server sidework, checking server paperwork, clock outs, settting up parties and creating floorplans.
