Functional Consultant
Current- Perform requirements analysis by documenting and analyzing current business processes, procedures, KPI’s, reports and systems currently in use.- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and native Syteline functionality.- Work with the business to identify areas for improvement to the ERP system, business processes, reports and KPI’s identified during requirements analysis.- Perform solution development to meet business requirements for the new ERP system, required software integrations and updated business processes. Create, provide and review business process models with stakeholders.- Assign relevant Infor courses and pathways to business stakeholders and their teams.- Develop and deliver training materials and work sessions to stakeholders and end-users, ensuring they understand and are equipped to use the new ERP system effectively and follow the new business processes with consistency. - Conduct system and process testing to ensure the developed solutions function as intended and encompass all requirements and gaps uncovered during discovery.- Communicate with internal team members, stakeholders, business users, and ERP vendors to ensure that the team is aligned and that all users are supported as needed.
