As a server, it was my responsibility to take exceptional care of our guests. I provided friendly service which also included a willingness to correct any mistake with a good attitude. I made suggestions based on personal or guest favorites as well as diet restrictions. I was knowledgeable about the food and beverage menu to answer questions asked, and was able to find out information I didn't know. My position required me to effectively communicate with all staff to ensure guest satisfaction. I had to prioritize and multitask to make sure all guests felt taken care of.

It was my responsibility to prepare snacks and meals, do light house cleaning, take care of hygiene needs, and assist with homework. I had to create a schedule that worked with each child's needs. I incorporated different activities to ensure appropriate stimulation for each child, such as reading, outside play, and learning.
