As a crew member, I took customers' orders, prepared orders, handed orders out, and handled cash and credit card transactions. When I moved up to crew trainer, I held all of my previous duties as crew member, trained new employees, and made sure crew members in my area were doing what they were supposed to be.

As a receptionist, I answered phone calls, made appointments for customers, and handled daily expense reports.
