• Quoting new leads through our website and agents• Maintaining relationships and negotiating with clients, venues, and agents• Responsible for ongoing data integrity in CRM to ensure accuracy of contact and account information• Maintaining our event calendar of over 350 shows a year• Collecting and accounting for weekly expenses and payroll• Responsible for logistics and travel management of a roster of over a dozen artists• Setting up performance equipment at select venues• Attending trade-shows and conferences to generate new business• Marketing company events through social media, e-mail, and direct mail• Advancing upcoming events (show-times, setup times, hotel information, day of contact information, coordinating with venues, attire, understanding performance expectations, etc.)
