I was responsible for ensuring that the Sage Evolution consulting division met their required KPI’s. This included the generation of new and maintenance of existing business relationships.My duties included but were not limited to the following: • Training and mentoring of consultants• Generation of potential sales opportunities• Management and execution of the sales cycle from initial communication to closure• Site analysis and solution design• Development of implementation methodology• Generation of daily consulting targets and management of consulting team• Project management with final accountability for implementations.• Sage Evolution support including ad-hoc and implementation.• Design and implementation of bespoke custom development.• Recovery of underperforming internal and external implementations.
