Performed and also ensured safe and effective operation on the following units:• A Vacuum unit with a capacity of 155 KB/D (Training)• Two (2) Sulfur Recovery Units, each with a capacity of 150 LT/D liquid sulfur production• One Sulfur Recovery Unit with a capacity of 450 LT/D liquid sulfur production• Three (3) MDEA Amine Regeneration Units, each with an amine circulation capacity of 1450 BBLS/Hr• Two (2) Sour Water Stripper Units• A Fuel gas recovery compressor unit.• A Liquid Propane Amine Treating unit. Also performed the following:• Perform Start-ups and Shut-downs• Worked as start-up operator in the H.D.S. complex.• Revised lines, vessels, and prepared other equipments for start-up.• Attended and Participated in Basic Operational training per company standards.• Received fire, CPR, SCBA, and other safety training per company standards • Received Trouble-shooting training per company standards.
