  As a Head Lifeguard, I deal with issues on the pool deck such as assisting and solving any problems that a patron might have. Alongside the other head guards, we oversee the lifeguards and train and mentor them to improve their awareness, rescue, and customer service skills. I also collaborate with those above and under me to come up with effective training sessions and group meetings to improve everyone's success. Some accomplishments that I've achieved while at this job are being the youngest head guard on the team, aiding in a medical emergency situation, and building professional relationships between the other workers.
