I am Associate General Counsel at Galderma Laboratories, L.P., where I specialize in employment law, data privacy, and commercial contracting across the company’s aesthetic, commercial, and prescription business units. I joined Galderma from a top Texas law firm where I represented companies in a wide range of employment disputes, general business disputes, and transactional matters, and where I served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Group from 2016 to 2021. I have extensive experience prosecuting, defending and managing litigation and arbitration in venues across country. My practice also includes representing companies in employment matters before state and federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), the Department of Labor (DOL), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). I am a proactive advisor and counselor when it comes to risk minimization and litigation avoidance, including compliance with federal, state and local laws (both in the employment and data privacy areas), developing effective policies and procedures, and protection of trade secrets and confidential information.I also care deeply about giving back to the Dallas-Forth Worth community. In 2023-24, I was the Co-Chair of Attorneys Serving the Community (ASC), an organization of nearly 400 women lawyers and judges supporting local non-profits whose missions benefit women, children, and families. Together with the Lead Chair of ASC, I helped plan and facilitate 7 events over the course of a year that raised more than $550,000 for Crossroads Community Services, the leading hunger relief provider in southern Dallas. I will serve as ASC's Lead Chair in 2024-25.
