I am proficient in various leasing software and tools, and I have a keen attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation. My core competencies include developing and delivering effective training programs, monitoring and improving leasing performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
