Claims Agent
Current- I currently work as a claims telephony agent in an audited and regulated environment at AFI. My daily duties include:
- Ensuring my work consistently adheres to ISO 9001 standards to provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Handling financial information and using secure assist captures to take payments for claim held amendments
- Handling customer data in a safe and sensitive manner for each call taken ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times
- Efficiently logging call outcomes and actions taken after wrap ups in order to ensure continuity of information
- Liaising with managers, senior agents, assessors and administration agents to ensure all claims are handled efficiently and effectively
