As a Resident Advisor at Telos, I support and mentor young adults who struggle with mental health and behavioral challenges. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University in 2022, where I learned about human development, motivation, and counseling. I have over four years of work experience in content production and teaching, where I developed and delivered engaging and informative materials for various audiences. I have strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills, which I use to build rapport, provide feedback, and facilitate learning. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and overcome their obstacles, and I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge. I value compassion, integrity, and collaboration, and I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I work with.
