I am an Account Representative Supervisor at Colonial Chemical Solutions with a Masters Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Finance. With nearly three years of experience within Colonial Chemical Soultions I have built and grown numerous professional relationships that have greatly benefited the company. I have thoroughly enjoyed cultivating relationships internally and externally to strengthen our customer base.As an Account Representative Supervisor I strive daily to strengthen our customer relations through consistency and problem solving in order to meet expectations with in my team. While managing multiple team meambers sounds challenging it is within this environment that I excel and not only meet expectation but go above and beyond. While simultaneously working with Accounts Payable/Receivable, Transportation/Logistics, Operations, Production, and Purchasing. Most recently I have been at the forefront of implementing the new training program for our department. This position gives me the chance to help shape and mold the future of our department as well as the future of Colonial Chemical Solutions. There is no task to great or to small that isn’t worth giving your all. That is my personal motto and I think it is rather fitting in this fast-paced industry.
