Compiled relevant insurance information pertaining to the patient’s physical and occupational therapy coverage and informed the patient of the intel gathered. The physical and occupational therapist's schedules were managed through appropriate scheduling and informing of patient's arrival. Monetary transactions were performed, and inquiries answered over phone. I ensured HIPPA guidelines were always followed to ensure patient confidentiality.

Provided assistance to the physical therapists on-site and performed general housekeeping, including documentation of completed duties. Explaining and assisting clients with the completion of questionnaires to determine baseline and improvement provided through therapy.
