Performance Specialist
Current-Coach and develop executive leadership, mid-level managers, and emerging leaders-Consult with C-Suite and business leaders regarding organizational and employee performance gaps-Assess, understand, and adjust to a diverse population of executives, leaders, and other points of contacts by utilizing knowledge of Extended DISC communication styles and business acumen-Provide recommendations on accountability measures, goal setting, feedback, motivation, and recognition-Evaluate organizational readiness for change, create process flows, and tailor company-wide communications for leaders-Work with leadership teams to implement and promote strategies for employee engagement and retention-Design, recommend, and promote cultural improvement strategies-Support clients and their employee populations with conflict resolution techniques-Regularly participate in internal committees to support efficiency efforts, process improvements, strategic planning, and employee development-Partner with internal sales and service teams to better understand Insperity’s approach for client engagement through educational sessions, prospect meeting support, and ongoing discussions-Facilitate strategic discussions surrounding Insperity’s client for life strategy with customers to increase engagement levels, contributing to client retention -Consistently request feedback from internal and external partners to ensure constant personal growth and development-Create and facilitate learning and development programs-Operate with a high level of decision-making authority, sound judgement, business ethics, and integrity
