About Devon Pelto

After years of fine-tuning my values, I have begun the path to becoming a licensed therapist. I am currently studying at UNC's School of Social Work.My passions are suicide awareness/prevention, substance use disorders, and childhood trauma.Social justice is an important part of my work and I am going to be LOUD about it!In the meantime, my coaching practice lives on! Mindfuck to Mindful (M2M) Coaching is made to help folks with reflecting on their beliefs, values, and relationships to feel more confident and safe in their own bodies and minds. I use unique modalities for each unique client!*Please note, that I am moving towards changing my language about being a "yoga" instructor to a movement and meditation instructor. I feel it's important to recognize that Western-style "yoga" is not true to its roots. 🖤💜🖤
