I’m an eager Senior Biology major with a Public Health minor at The College of New Jersey interested in higher management to showcase my passion for leadership and teamwork, while continuing to apply my expertise in the Biology field. My experiences in higher executive positions through various organizations have taught me the necessary skills needed to lead a team and efficiently handle independent and collaborative projects. By participating in a higher education research lab with Dr. Lovett, I developed a keen eye for detail, strong presentation skills, and a stronger understanding of the complexity of molecular genetics specifically in the Carcinus maenas. My experience in the research lab has exemplified my commitment to deliver high-quality results, thrive in environments that require problem-solving skills, and provide organizational development initiatives. I am driven by the intersectionality of biological processes and public health.
