• Acted as Administrator for any QSSE management systems including dashboards used to centralize and analyse data.• Participated on the teams that were driving the programmes for the Terminal to achieve the ISO 45001/9001/14001 certifications.• Managed security systems and hardware such as CCTV, access control, visitor management, Guard Tour and Intrusion Detection Systems to maximise their operations.

• Collaborated with the technical assistance services unit on numerous projects within the private and public sectors to improve their performance and processes, while applying various Industrial Engineering techniques.• Conducted a process review of a Shared Service Centre that serves two companies within the food manufacturing sector to identify gaps that were hindering productivity.• Calculated key financial ratios such as Liquidity ratios to evaluate the impact of the Shared Service Centre on the company’s financial performance.

• Engaged and worked with Business Analysts to document as-is processes and to achieve data needs and analysis results more effectively.• Developed a comprehensive automated directory using Microsoft Excel to reduce the time searching for processes within a digital repository.
