I am currently in IT sales, this role allow me to help create complex computing solutions for my customers. From computers laptops and desktops to server networks for medium business. This allows me to help companies excel through economic times by aiding and providing solutions that will increase internal productivity. Also with me being able to lower the cost of products this gives companies a greater return on their investments. Being in a solution consultative role has given me the skill set that will allow me to work in IT environments from procurement to design. I spent a few years in the Technical Support role at Dell as well. I specialized in customer communications and problem solving with hardware and software failure points. So you can say i have experienced the best of both worlds. Specialties: Negotiation, Consultation, Software and Hardware design and implementation in a corporate environment, Technical Support with hardware and software failures for laptops and desktops.
