As a product manager, I am responsible for the whole product life cycle. I must coordinate with management, engineering, production and support to have a successful product across multiple vertical markets. I define the product position for marketing and define the different channel strategies for the product portfolio. My vision to be create the best video wall and video collaboration solution in the AV industry.

• Designed and developed FormDirector (www.FormDirector.com): a dental administration application for importing medical/dental patient information. Written in C#, created Dynamic Linked Library so the program can be structured in a modular basis. • System and Network Administrator for the office.• Setup a bug-tracking system, Mantis Bug Tracking, and SVN, TortoiseSVN, backup for the projects. • Created an interactive form using PDF for patients to fill in a browser then submit to our SSL secure server. The server would then produce documents in PDF, Excel and XML for downloading or importing.• Produced how-to and tutorial documents in the Microsoft Office Suite.• Provided custom client integration for our Open Source application, Open Dental. • IT and help desk for clients with server, computer and networking problems.

• Worked closely with the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to develop manual tests and then automate them using Tera Term’s Macro scripting language. • White and Black box testing for PixelNet and its APIs. • Researched and helped deploy TestLink, a test management and execution system. • Created a webpage using PHP to export the test cases from TestLink and display them in tables for developers to reference. • Developed a script to automatically update the firmware on a managed switch. • Proofread and marked up documentation for end users and external developers.
