Adjust motor drives to synchronize conveyors and achieve safety integrity level using Schneider’sATV32HU11N4, Delta’s ASDA-A2, EMERSON’s M300, and KEYENCE optical sensors.10. Design overload protection system for induction motors using thermal relays and contactors.11. Network establishment among various systems using ethernet (RJ45 cable), serial port(RS232).12. Commissioning of PLC’s like Fuji Electric’s WSZ-CB25, SIEMENS’s S7 200-CN.13. Customization of Optima’s Optiway-7.1, Edit Way-6, and CAD Way 8.5 software.14. Handling of the software like IWNC (Intermac Window Numerical Control), Vijeo DesignerRunTime’s VJDSNRTMPC.
