• Analysis and implementation of perimeter email security and email routing solutions• Provide architecture assurance on messaging initiatives• Implementation experience with emerging email controls such as DMARC, DKIM and SPF records• Maintain email security infrastructure, providing stability by developing policies, processes and procedures for the operations teams• Provide a secure environment, by implementing controls to manage and mitigate risks• CU Roll out for On-Prem Exchange Servers• Email Message Header Analsyis for investigation• Develop automated metrics reporting capabilities• Create, review, maintain and update documentation including - Documenting & Publishing fixes in central knowledge base• Work with Australian based colleagues to provide globally consistent processes and solutions• Investigate & Troubleshoot root causes when escalated from operations• Escalate and liaise with additional internal/external groups when required• experience architecting and implementing email security solutions• Experience with Mimecast & Proofpoint Messaging Security Gateways • Experience with email encryption implementations with PKI, MRM & MFA integration• Scripting and Development Skills (powershell)• implementation experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions• knowledge of SMTP (RFC 821/5321), TLS, DNS and related standards• general knowledge on networking background (Firewalls, Routing, Load Balancing, and analysis, etc.)• 10-12 years of Experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server.• 4-5 yrs. experience in Windows 2008/2012 AD administration• 4-5 yrs. experience in Microsoft Messaging products (Exchange 2003 -2016 & O365)• Experience working in an Enterprise level environment• Microsoft PowerShell • Formulates architectural design, functional specifications, interfaces anddocumentation of hardware or software systems considering system interrelationships, operating modes and software or equipment configurations
