• Manage the packed lubricants depot/ C&F infrastructure for India, including being the contract holder for all C&F contracts. Manage the Depot Network study and related projects in India. Responsible for meeting agreed service levels at the depots at the lowest cost and high standard of HSSE and operational performance• Coordinate and assist in implementing HSSE Plans, Policies and Standards related to warehouse safety according the HSSE-MS.• Leads and has direct responsibility meeting objectives of safety, environmental responsibility, customer focus, efficiency and effectiveness for India Supply Chain warehouse infrastructure and operations.• Responsible for collecting, analyzing and summarizing warehouse requirements and develop a model for the future strategy running various distribution scenarios.• Analytical support to develop right-sized Depot network, infrastructure master plan and determine the strategy to optimize supply & distribution of packed products.• Act as a single point interface from Logistics team for monthly financial reviews on S&H cost, performance measures and ability to report on projects, actual costs, dates, schedules, plan, budget, commitments.• Responsible for Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting of End to End Logistics/distribution cost performance including reporting of Logistics/Distribution KPI's into the various Dashboards• Act as custodian of logistics benchmarking data and action plans• Focus on lean initiatives to improve depot performance, optimization

oAct as first level of support for Super users with process/system inquiries, issues or improvement opportunities Scheduling Agreement Processing.oMonitor effectiveness/performance of Super Users to drive performance, motivation & recognition Delivery creation.oDevelop Super users knowledge and competence by driving ongoing coaching/training and co-ordinate regular Super user forums Invoicing with different-different tax parameter.oAdvocate process compliance in the CoB/F oWork with Global Process Experts and Super users to ensure effective delivery, and communication of changes related to implementation of improvement bundles.oRecommend updates to local and global training documentation.oPerform regular reviews of the issues raised by Super users together with Process Experts to identify root causes and formulate solutions. Implement resulting actions.oSupport Super users in the development of Change Requests.oRegularly review the performance/competence of relevant Super users in conjunction with Process Experts and develop plans to close any gaps.oMaintain inventory, and coverage of Super users, ensuring Line Managers replace Super users in a timely fashion.oCoordinate Super user on-boarding and succession planning

oEnsure smooth supply of on time material delivery to all depots meeting the agreed service levels with the business and based on the monthly demand.oScheduling planning and maximizing fleet utilization to the most cost effective manner.oAnalyze forecast, opening stock and formulate depot-SKU level material replenishment and generate truck plan for all the depots.oEnsure proportionate distribution, Preparing SKU wise despatch schedule and monitor actual stock movements against requirement on a day-to-day basis.oAdhere to S&OP and STEM process - additional material demand to be serviced in line with S&OP and STEM framework.

oPlan and manage human, mechanical resource in the warehouse to maximize efficiency and to ensure all operations are completed to the schedule.oInventory Management & ensure physical/book integrity of on-site stock.oEnsure that the warehouse layout maximizes work efficiency, storage space and reduces operational cost.
