About Devrim Turkmen
I have been working in Beko PLC as IT Manager since May 2019. Before that I had worked in Arcelik A.S. IT Department for almost 23 years. Arcelik is the biggest in Turkey and one of the biggest consumer goods company in the world. It owns 11 brands and 18 prodution facilities in 7 countries, employing 30.000 people. My last assignment is IT Service Management and Compliance Manager. My previous assignments include Programmer, Analyst, SAP FICO Analyst, FICO Process Responsible, Arctic IT Manager (Arcelik's subsidiary in Romania) and IT Subsidiaries Coordination Manager. I've been managing projects for years, most of them are international SAP Roll-Outs. My last project is ITSM. It is implemented on ServiceNow platform and in use since September 19, 2018. Coordination of related business and IT units has been important part of my job. This includes IoT initiatives, which is running in the company nowadays, or M&A projects, which may appear time to time.
