As a Student Employee at the University ID Center, I played a key role in supporting the identification card needs of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. My responsibilities included processing ID cards, managing data entry, assisting with the Dragon Dollar$ and meal plan programs, and handling all aspects of the Ventra U-Pass card program. I also provided support for international cards, passport photos, and responded knowledgeably to inquiries both in person and over the phone. In this role, I developed strong teamwork skills, ensured confidentiality in a security-sensitive environment, and adhered to operational policies and procedures.

As an Intramural Sports Official/Referee, I officiated and managed various intramural sports leagues and tournaments throughout the academic year. My responsibilities included overseeing game play, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations, and facilitating pre-game meetings with team captains to review policies and expectations. I was also involved in setting up and breaking down event spaces and providing excellent customer service to participants. This role enhanced my leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills while fostering a fun and inclusive environment for all participants.

As a Software Development Intern at Argusoft, I was part of a five-member team tasked with porting a large-scale government project from AngularJS to ReactJS. Throughout the internship, I actively contributed to the development process, coding key features, troubleshooting bugs, and improving the overall UI/UX of the platform. I worked collaboratively with my team to analyze and resolve performance issues and ensure a smooth transition between the technologies.This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of front-end technologies, including component-based development and responsive design principles. I also developed a strong ability to identify UI/UX inefficiencies and implement enhancements to improve the user experience. The internship was both challenging and rewarding, providing real-world experience in handling the complexities and pressures that come with large-scale project management.
