• To monitor the North Zone (Orissa, WB, Bihar, M.P) on daily basis e.g., AT DPR, Team deputation delay, tower dispatch delay.• To generate MIS Report and to plan, Tower AT, WCC, Tower erection, and dispatch the tower materiel as per site allocation.• Giving brief progress report to Project Head about site issues and progress.• To liaise with Nokia/Xcel/Idea/Reliance/Vodafone/BSNL/ETIPL, Airtel, for site address, foundation status and with factory for dispatch of towers.• To keep abreast with customer for getting new allocations.• To liaise with customer to get purchase order, amendment of purchase order.• To follow up for payments.• To raise the delivery order of allotted sites and coordinate with factory for the dispatch of materials.• To coordinate with Project Managers, Asst. Project Managers and Coordinators to get the work done at stipulated time.• To manage the material at site and Go down.• To liaise with IMI Soft/Idea/Reliance/Vodafone/Xcell, for AT of Tower.• To ensure all this work is completed within targeted time and with specified –Quality.• To intimate customer regarding site status, way bill availability and P.O. availability.• To coordinate with Project Personnel regarding issues related to quality, projection of future target.• Discussing Marketing manager & Executive about scope of business growth and scope of each state.• Developing proactive steps towards maximizing the customer satisfaction.• Handling the Customer Complaints and addressing to their needs for information & solutions.
