- Identify, index and review market potential for waterproofing, Floor coatings and repair products in Project Sales for south Gujarat region - Focus on product mix and ensure product addition in BOQ of the site.- Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at the project sites related to waterproofing, floor coating and repair products.- Identify and engage with set of medium to large waterproofing applicators, consultants etc. for the purpose of market expansion and upgradation.- Brief about products and systems with Specifiers and Consultants to generate business. - Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building inferences on APL product strength vis-à-vis products in the market- Identify non-APL business stakeholders and take measures to convert to APL account through product demonstration initiatives

To achieve the sales and Gross margin targets through proactive engagement of well-defined list of existing and new ABCD customers and providing required specification & onsite support, leading to closing the sale. Responsible for sales of Construction chemicals like admixtures,waterproofing chemicals, concrete repair products,industrial flooring and coatings product, joint sealants anchor and grout chemicals in south gujarat area.  To develop Distributor network in South Gujarat area for construction chemical business and for tile adhesive business.  closely interact with the concerned regional specification team to provide specifications/technical support to small and medium sized builders/contractors. To establish and maintain good working relationships with distributors/SFA/applicators to gain and service. To update On going as well as upcoming small and medium projects of the area through the network and other contacts
