During my internship at HMI, Pune, I did a project titled "Study of Structural Behavior of Ti64 Femoral Hip Stem". This biomechanical project aimed at carrying out structural analysis of hip stem prosthesis to mitigate fracture risk. Biocompatible Ti64 (Titanium Alloy) was used for the analysis. Evaluated load distribution across the hip stem and analyzed the stress distribution to identify potential areas of high stress concentration.

I was assigned on the production line of various components, majorly gears used in engine and gearbox for HAL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, etc. I got hands-on training of various manufacturing techniques, inspection processes and documentations for quality control.

Team Phoenix is the official ATV club of SGGSIE&T, Nanded where we design, analyse and manufacture single-seater ATV for BAJA SAE competition. Team achieved AIR 1 at BAJA SAEINDIA 2020 held in Punjab. Also, we won two sub-events at Mega ATV Championship 2022 held in Goa.
