Senior Motor Vehicle Technician
CurrentAs a Senior Motor Vehicle Technician I provide superior customer service while assisting with daily planning, organizing, and directing the technical and equipment activities of the team. I complete various reports utilizing Microsoft Excel. I apply provisions, policies and procedures in order to ensure accurate and timely processing of mail receipts. I provide ongoing training and feedback to ensure the unit maintains an efficient and knowledgeable team. I train new hires and provide written notes on each new employee’s progress using Microsoft Word. When appropriate, I coordinate with management via Outlook in other areas of the department to consult and resolve procedural or processing issues. I also work with third party vendors to ensure all mail extraction systems are working properly and create trouble tickets when an issue arises. I preform User Acceptance Testing when new equipment or changes in forms occur.
