Attend 9 hours of direct, in-session weekly instruction on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.Attend a monthly 1-hour meeting with the Track instructor and Fellows to prepare for sessions and practice session facilitation.Facilitating engagement and discussion by leveraging zoom and slack.Host 1-on-1 or group sessions about technical and professional development skills with Climbers (program participants). Provide coaching, training, mentoring, and support for Climbers to ensure program outcomes. Communicate consistent, individualized feedback regarding Climber performance to mentees, Fellows, and Climb Hire staff. Maintain accurate records of Climber progress and attendance on Salesforce and Asana.
