As a naturalist, I am excited to observe local flora and fauna and engage with communities through environmental education experiences and nature connections. For me, meaningful work is getting to interact with people and plants. With over five years of combined experience in community garden project management and ecological restoration in the western US, I have developed skills in climate-resilient landscape planning & maintenance, invasive & nonnative species management using regenerative approaches, ecological systems thinking, volunteer coordination, and I can't wait to learn more!With the Pollinator Advocate certification, I am qualified to advise community members on creating and maintaining garden habitats, biodiversity and climate change (https://www.coolboulder.org/pollinator-advocates). Driven to inspire individuals & groups to be a part of community-wide natural climate solutions, my focus is on re-wilding urban spaces and fostering native habitat, which positively impacts our local food systems, entire ecosystems and community well-being.
