A self-motivated development professional with 2 years of experience. Currently a Fellow at Teach for Bangladesh, serving as a teacher-leader in an underserved school. In this role, I attended a six-week foundational leadership training and participate monthly training sessions and learning circles for professional development.My academic background includes an MSS with a thesis and a BSS degree in Economics from the University of Chittagong. My passion lies in economic research and policy discussions.As the chief coordinator of Crisis Documentation Centre – Crido, I lead a team of volunteers in documenting various crises and human rights abuses in Bangladesh.I am deeply interested in macroeconomic policies, development, inequality, poverty, environmental economics, labor economics, and education. My aim is to pursue a research-oriented career, contributing knowledge, advocacy, and actionable solutions to serve the society.

  Achievements/Responsibilities:• Successfully completed a six-week leadership training, mastering planning, data-driven decision-making, classroom management, facilitation, enhancing teaching quality and organizational efficiency.• Regularly participate in monthly professional development training sessions and learning circles.• Teach 37 5th grade students at an underserved government primary school in Chattogram.• I stalled two community-based projects on climate action and health which impacted 1500 people approximately.• Organized 7 interactive sessions on online education and digital literacy, engaging approximately 150 parents within an underserved community.
