As the supervisor, I was in charge of 2 CO2 lasers,2 fiber lasers,2 turret punches,6 brake presses , 1 punch press. a paintline, 5 robots, snow removal. removing and installing equipment. I had to coordinate repairs and pms on the equipment. As a working supervisor I was on call 24/7 to ensure that nothing stayed down if it broke. I did electrical work when time alloted, big jobs I had to coordinate with a outside source to complete. I would assist them if they were short handed . I enjoyed working at Argon industries, it was just too much for one person to maintain.
