A district-level Instructional Technology Coach working with both K-12 teachers and students on the successful use of technology integration through dynamic lesson design and application. Facilitates instructional technology integration design with both district level content creators as well as campus instructional coaches focused on sustainable in-classroom technology use to encourage learning engagement. Develops and implements new learning strategies using a variety of district technology tools, including but not limited to the district Learning Management System (Canvas) and Pre-K - 2 online learning platform (Seesaw), Google Workspace for Education, Adobe Creative Cloud, TexQuest Online Databases, and Discovery Education. Works with the district Instructional Coaching Institute development team to design and implement district-wide professional development, coaching strategy guidelines and training resources for over 200 district and campus instructional coaches.
