My ability to prepare cohesive, high-performing teams and manage resources has enabled me to execute complex projects under challenging conditions.✭ At the British Army, I work as a Field Army Alternate Crypto Custodian, where I am responsible for maintaining secure crypto storage/handling as per national requirements. Through my efforts, I have been able to reduce security risks, breaches, and practice dangerous to security. I have exceeded operational requirements, met deadlines, and deployed on operational tasks by re-supplying cryptographic items to set destinations. I have also resolved potential and actual cryptographic discrepancies through immediate actions and timely reports.✭ In addition to my military experience, I also have experience as a Football- Level 1 Coach - Manager of an Open Age Team in the Hampshire League. I believe that my passion for leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills have helped me excel in both my military and coaching roles.
