Finance Accounting Tax Specialist
Current- Reviewing and confirming the accuracy of various financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, tax invoices, withholding tax slips, quotations, and purchase orders.- Entering transaction details into the system, including sales, purchases, rent payments, service transactions, petty cash, operational expenses, accruals, prepayments, reimbursements, salaries, adjustment journals, and tax-related entries like withholding taxes (Art. 21, 23, 25, 4(2)), VAT, etc.- Ensuring prompt payment and invoicing to vendors and clients.- Compiling and reporting tax payment and data (Withholding Tax & Value Added Tax) accurately and on time to fulfill corporate tax obligations.- Providing necessary data for tax audits to auditors promptly.- Generating financial reports for multinational and local clients, including bank statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, trial balances, general ledgers, LKPM reports, CITRs, and PITRs.
