CurrentPermitindo is a market-entry consulting firm that provides services in legal, permits, tax & accounting and human resources. I have been working in the incorporation team for 2 years, assisting mostly in : - Research and analyze law and regulations for incorporation purposes. - Track and check the requirements with the relevant stakeholder such as PTSP, Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Health, etc. - Manage client's legal documents from deed of incorporation to business permits (OSS and Ministerial Permits).- Advise both local and foreign clients in a regular basis on our services and compliance purposes.Since 2023, I have been working for both incorporation and legal department and taking more legal projects, such as property transfers in Bali and Nusa Tenggara, company take over and dissolutions, company's amendment and legal due diligence on both property and company.
