• Organize stages of Onboarding process such as: Create requisition, link and offer letter• Liaise with IT to ensure the employee get a business email and asset as needed• Prepare, issue and send out contract and renewal contract letters (PKWT)• Manage and maintain Helpdesk HR Services as well as issue and maintain HR internal and external letters (Promotion, Mutation, Assignment, KPR, etc)• Processing CCL (Clearance Checklist) for Office & Stores Employees• Compile CCL and create annual leave report for resignees (stores and office) and allowance report (for outstation employees) to payroll team• Issue reference letter for termination employees on monthly basis

• Onboarding host for Full-Time Employees' new hires• Manage Employee data support and conduct all activities related to Onboarding process• Responsible for supporting data update in HRIS• Handle and process daily administrative tasks requested by other departments• Processing renewal of contracts and probation records• Processing offboarding for Employee Contracts' & Intern• Processing employee entity transfer• Maintain and update employees attendance system to integrate to HRIS• Tracking contract on Log Book

• Onboarding host for Interns' new hires• Maintain end-to-end Interns' lifecycle process (Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding, and Offboarding)• Processing Interns’ performance review• Handle employee records in HRIS & local database• Manage employment documents in any format (soft & hardcopy)

- Identifying sources and locations - Helped write and edited daily packages from the field along with reporter

• Input and managed the metadata of library resources into the system• Putting on barcode and call number, book shelving, weeding, etc. • Neatly arrange original and rare documents and manuscripts. • Develop safety protocols to protect archival data, records and documentation.
