Each participant was individually contacted to ensure their active participation and contribution to the sessions.• Facilitated communication and collaboration as the Project Liaison between DT Global, USAID, and The Radical Center, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders.• Structured sessions to maximise participant engagement, creating a conducive environment for open discussion and active participation.• Coordinated logistics and operations, working closely with participants, speakers, and external parties (e.g., media team, venue, audio team) to ensure the smooth execution of each session.• Engaged many participants in discussions on topics such as personal democracy, freedom, the role of religion in modern society, and sexuality and politics. These sessions aimed to enhance understanding of diverse perspectives on democracy and civic activism in Sri Lanka• Fostered networking opportunities by ensuring attendees were knowledgeable and passionate about the topics.
