• Responsible for retail sales and everyday operations within the store.
• Ensure customer experience is maintained according to company standards and constantly aim to improve mystery shopper results. Previous result saw a 28% improvement.
• Contributing to creating and implementing store promotions in line with customer’s needs.
• Monthly evaluation of store performance based upon given KPI’s.
• Identify training and development needs within the store through observation and on the job coaching. Continuously train staff in salesmanship, selling skills, product and perfume knowledge according to the individual.
