Reporting to Brand Manager.• Responsible for retail sales and everyday operations within the store.• Ensure customer experience is maintained according to company standards and constantly aim to improve mystery shopper results. Previous result saw a 28% improvement. • Contributing to creating and implementing store promotions in line with customer’s needs. • Monthly evaluation of store performance based upon given KPI’s.• Identify training and development needs within the store through observation and on the job coaching. Continuously train staff in salesmanship, selling skills, product and perfume knowledge according to the individual needs.• Assist in supporting events such as key press launches. • Make intelligent decisions to create store displays which also appeal to customers.
