Review legislative requirements and insurance policies in order to create specifications requirements for Motor and General Car insurance system Liaison with developer, underwriter, and claims adjusters to determine system requirements and needs. Create test cases of system functionality, contribution imports and date conversion for implementation of a new Defined Contribution Pension Plan system upgrade.Perform testing on system upgrade to verify system meets business requirements. Review administration processes to determine gaps in the functional requirements. Train administration staff on new Defined Contribution Pension Plan system.

Lead Business Analyst support for Canadian and International clients that administer Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Payroll and Insurance plans using CPAS Systems Inc software. Lead regular client status meetings including providing status reports, meeting notes, etc as determined by client's needs.Analyze complex business requirements for system enhancements or error corrections and develop comprehensive solutions for change requests and translate them into terminology that enables programmers to code their solution.Following the FAST methodology prepare Specification requirements for Client Upgrades or for enhancements to the client’s current system version.
