(Owner: USG-DOS, GC: Caddell, AE: SOM)• Negotiated 100+ change orders, requests for equitable adjustment (REA), and requests for proposal (RFP) and saved the project $6 million dollars of delay costs. Championed Div.1 General Condition’s submittals and contract modification requests. Performed contract administration, audited monthly applications for payment, analysed construction schedule updates using earned value, critical path, and Monte Carlo Analysis through Primavera P6 models.• Chaired technical workshops with the CM team, the GC’s & the AE’s teams, consultants, and different stakeholder groups to resolve construction problems and overcome technical challenges. Orchestrated and tracked 300+ RFI resolutions and 1200+ submittal review responses, during 18 months in the role, through ProjNet platform, among internal and external consultants and subject-matter experts.

• Reported to the Civil Construction Manager of USD$3BN Yanbu III 3,300MW Power & Desalination Plant Project (Owner: SWCC, GC: SEPCOIII, Consultant: Fichtner).• Led a team of 600+ persons, including direct-hire, contracted labour, and operators to accomplish a 20% increase in billable construction per month compared to established KPI metrics. Delivered civil work packages, including offshore jetty road work, underground infrastructure, and Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) tanks. Tracked, resolved, escalated, and reported design, construction, and stakeholder issues at the construction site.• Controlled procurement and subcontracts to ensure delivery and quality comply with contract specifications. Accelerated painting works of four HFO tanks to 30% of the baseline execution duration to meet changed shipping deadline dates, by crashing the schedule with multiple subcontracts to maintain feasible productivity in 24/7 production delivery for 6 weeks.

Managed multiple precast concrete teams, resolved technical site issues, created crane lift plans, prioritised work packages, and planned delivery sequences from constructability data and productivity metrics.• Led a team of 62 technicians, and four subcontractor entities, directing, simultaneously, a SAR$100M program of seven precast concrete Installation sites in Najran University. Steered field production of precast core and shell structures of 115/13.8kV Khafji Substation #5 on schedule with 20% construction budget savings. Completed the critical path precast concrete scope of USD$400M substations construction program.

• Developed design of civil and marine scopes of work, and drafted construction documents and technical presentations for the Egyptian Navy during compulsory military service in Berenice Naval Base project located on the coast of the Red Sea.
